Re : Personal Reference - Hendik

Hi, Hendik. How are you ? I hope you are fine.
I'm Beryl from SMAN 1 PURWOSARI. I'm a grade 11 majoring in Mipa. At my school there was a lesson about SDGs. Where the SDGs are 17 measurable goals that have been determined by United Nations as the world development agenda for the benefit of humans and the earth.
My class get SDGs, affordable and clean energy, that are ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all.
How about your school ? Are there lessons about SDGs ? And what class do you get SDGs about ?
Well, that's enough for now. I look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,
Beryl

Cause and effect

Air pollution

Air pollution is the substances or gases that could do harm to the living beings dwelling on the earth within the atmosphere. In other words, air pollution is considered as gases or substances which has a damaging effect on the living organisms as well as on the environment. This type of pollution is caused by several factors, such as burning of fossil fuels like coal and petroleum, pollutants emitted from vehicles, agricultural activities for example the use of insecticides, pesticides and fertilizers, exhaust from factories and industries that decreasing the quality of air, mining operations, indoor air pollution like cleaning products, painting supplies, toxic chemicals, dust, and smokes from fire. Air pollution causes some of the major health issues. Consequently, it can harm the health of people and animals, damage plants or stop them from growing properly. It also causes issues such as respiratory diseases (including asthma and changes in lung function), cardiovascular diseases, and even death in some severe cases. In addition, air pollution causes poor visibility which lead to the decrease in the tourism sector.

Water cycle

Water is an indispensable component for the survival of living things on earth. Most of the constituents of the body of living things is water. It's also through water that a new life will begin.
In this nature the amount of water will always be fixed. Meanwhile, every day the activities of living things do not escape from the use of water. Therefore, to maintain the quality and quantity of water. The Creator of the Universe wants a process called the hydrological cycle.
The water cycle itself means the circulation of water that never stops from the atmosphere to the earth and back to the atmosphere, through evaporation, condensation and precipitation.
The water cycle begins when the water on earth undergoes evaporation, which is the change in liquid form into vapor or gas caused by sun exposure.
After being in the atmosphere, water vapor will experience condensation, namely the change of substances from water vapor into water droplets, which we know better as clouds. This drop of water will be carried by the wind. Due to the gravitational force and other factors, such as changes in temperature and pressure in the air, causing these water drops to fall as rainwater is called the precipitation process.
This precipitation process can occur in three places, namely at sea, on land which will be absorbed and stored in the ground for the survival of living things, and in high mountain areas to form glaciers.
One of the properties of water is that it always flows to a lower place. In this case, all water will flow into the sea which is generally lower than the mainland.
However water will undergo a cycle to maintain its quality and quantity, but it will not always run normally. Instead, sometimes the earth is too hot, so the precipitation process does not occur, which can cause drought. Therefore, when water is still abundant we should always use it wisely, so as not to experience too much trouble when drought occurs.
