Fried Bananas Cheese
Necessary materials:
1. Banana 500 gr
2. 500 gram flour
3. Water to taste
4. Fried oil
5. Cheese
The tools that must be provided.
• Bowl
• Spoon
• Knife
• Pan
Steps:
1. Mix the flour & water into a container.
2. Mix well and add water slowly. Stir until it is not grinded and thick as desired.
3. Peel the bananas and divide not to break. Then put it into the flour mixture.
4. Heat the oil and put the banana wrapped in batter into hot oil. Cook on medium heat. Fry until golden cheese is cooked.
5. Then add the cheese over fried bananas.
6. Cheese fried banana is ready to be served.

General Statement
Culture in Indonesia is increasingly fading due to lack of public awareness, lack of cultural learning, and lack of cultural communication.
This has fallen dramatically because most of us choose foreign cultures that are more practical and in accordance with the times.
That we consider that foreign culture is more practical and cool. Though it is not always true.
Even though many foreign cultures are considered cool but are not in accordance with the identity and culture of our nation, Indonesia.
Explanation Section
The result is that our culture is no longer taken care of and is slowly being lost or claimed by other countries.
For this reason, the ability to communicate is very important in order to avoid misunderstanding of the culture adopted.
No less important, we must also pay attention to communication between communities by introducing culture to each other and to the nation's next generation with the aim that our culture will remain alive.
Conclusion
Lack of cultural learning, resulting in our culture gradually disappearing.
So, it is better to learn culture from an early age, for now there are subjects in schools that discuss cultural issues. But unfortunately, many do not consider it important to study material about culture.
Yet through culture lessons, we can build a nation's culture and be able to maintain local culture in this globalization era.
Because actually Indonesian culture can be maintained in many ways, one of which is by conducting teaching about culture to the children of our nation.
